CW IT Services are now iSAM consultants. After completion of our iSAM certification in Business Analysis and iSAM Training we now assist Abazander with Specification, Analysis, and Training on the full range of iSAM Products. iSAM is an intelligent sales and marketing system that we use to manage contacts, track opportunities, manage case work and email marketing. The Developing Online Sales Strategy seminar that took place on 8th October, went superbly well with some excellent feedback. The next one is on the 18th Nov at the Exeter Basepoint Centre.

The Exeter Business Network seminar went really well in August covering an overview of how to use internet and social media for business and was well received with some really good feedback.
Places are going fast for the Developing Online Sales Strategy that is being co-hosted with Higher Associates. If you are interested in how to use social media with strategic goals that match your business objectives and how to promote your website further to generate more visits and in turn sales leads then this is the serminar for you. The Internet and Social media courses are going well with two this month, one on the 13th September and the other on 24th September. There are still places available for 24th September and this course can be booked with AME Solutions who promote the course and provide the superb training facilities that we use for this.
There is a new blog published on Seven Top Tips for an Effective Google Ad campaign. Feel free to comment with your own experiences in running Google Ad campaigns.
And don't forget we still provide IT Support for when things go wrong, late August kept us very busy with virus issues, routers going down, backups, Outlook issues and new PC configs.

Chris Wood is presenting at the Exeter Business Network August Seminar (11th Aug) on a practical overview in how to use the main tools behind Internet and Social Marketing tool to promote your business online. This will cover the Google Tools (Google Places, Adwords, Analytics & Webmaster), LinkedIN, Facebook and Twitter. To book please contact Sean Humby.
For this seminar we have updated the latest blog on our experience on the end results of internet and social marketing asking for feedback or comments that we could incorporate into the seminar to address the issues some businesses are facing in trying to use these tools.
The first Internet and Social media course that was run by CW IT Services at AME Solutions training centre went really well, with some great feedback (to be posted soon). The July course is fully booked. New dates are available for 12th August and 13th September.
